From June 26th to 30th, the 2025 (China) Eurasia Commodity and Trade Expo (hereafter "the expo") was held at the Xinjiang International Convention & Exhibition Center in Urumqi under the theme "Advancing Eurasian Cooperation, Sharing Silk Road Prosperity". CHN Energy participated, presenting alongside nine of its Xinjiang-based or Xinjiang-focused subsidiaries, highlighting its innovative achievements and reinforcing its role as a central state-owned enterprise, marking its presence at the grand event.

At the expo, CHN Energy comprehensively showcased its new accomplishments, solutions and progress in integrated high-quality development of coal-power-transport-chemical operations, its thriving Xinjiang businesses and international collaborations. Notably, the Group highlighted several cutting-edge technological models and products, including the world's first million-ton scale coal direct liquefaction project, China's largest activated carbon production and R&D facility, a model of the 4×N Axle High-power AC Drive Electric Locomotive, and the iDCS system. These outstanding technological achievements drew numerous domestic and international industry representatives for in-depth observation and exchanges, fostering discussions on potential collaborations.
Consistently, CHN Energy actively leverages its leadership as a central SOE in technological innovation, industrial control and security support. By capitalizing on its unique integrated advantages spanning coal-power-railway-port-shipping, coal-power-oil-gas-chemicals, and production-transportation-sales-storage-utilization, the Group is rapidly building three major bases: for clean coal development, advanced coal-to-liquid demonstration, and renewable energy. It is also expediting the development of major energy corridors for Xinjiang Coal Outbound Transportation, contributing significantly to serving national major strategies, fostering new quality productive forces, and driving Xinjiang's high-quality economic and social development.
It is reported that this year's expo featured 15 exhibition halls, with over 2,800 enterprises from 50 countries and regions participating. The event focused on Xinjiang's Ten Industrial Clusters and industrial chain development, comprehensively displaying high-quality products and services from Chinese and international companies across fields like specialty goods, trade in services, future industries and mechanical equipment. Multiple thematic forums and industry cooperation matchmaking events were held, establishing a major platform for communication and enhanced economic and trade cooperation among nations, promoting shared development opportunities between China and Eurasian countries, and supporting Xinjiang's high-quality economic growth.
